Cortney was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to make both humans and dogs as comfortable as possible. The home is perfectly set up for toddlers/kids as well with baby gates on the stairs which was a much appreciated detail. My only regret is that we didn’t book an extra day to wind down in the hot tub after we got the team off the start line!

The game room downstairs was a big hit with the foosball table and home theatre room. The weather during our stay wasn't always dry so we really enjoyed having a nice place to chill inside and keep us entertained with all the entertainment options (board games, foosball, shuffle board, mini arcade, home theater room, etc.). The house and kitchen were well stacked with everything you would need. We also really appreciated the small gift Cortney left for us and for providing everything we needed to make s'mores around the awesome fire pit outside! The location was great, and I would definitely stay here again if I do come back to Anchorage!

We were a group of 10, seven adults and three little ones under five. The home was very spacious and accommodated all of us perfectly. There’s lots to do in the area. We brought our own snow gear, but we didn’t need to because Courtney has everything you need. The Jacuzzi worked beautifully and was an awesome addition to have especially in the winter time. The house is so well insulated that it stayed nice and cozy warm even when it was very cold outside. There’s the cutest little zip line on the side of the house that the little ones really enjoyed.

I hope I could come back in the summertime because I bet it’s just amazing in the summer.

We would definitely stay here again, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Anchorage 🫶

Cortney made sure we could put both cars in the garage and even had a special emergency bag. The house is in the hills south of Anchorage and there were beautiful views to the water. The kitchen was very well equipped and stocked. I have never stayed at a place that had so much glassware, plates and silverware. The house has great options for coffee—Breville Espresso maker, stovetop espresso pot, french press, and a Chemex. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels—much more than we needed. Cortney also allowed us to use winter gear at the house. That came in handy for our group. Cortney was very responsive and provided very quick responses to our questions and requests. I would love to come back.

The house has lots of views, we enjoyed the sunset from the deck and balcony. She even has a book with lots of recommendations for your itinerary.
If you’re visiting Anchorage I highly recommend this house, it’s located up in the hills in a nice neighborhood with pristine views.
